Thierry and his team moved to Sillans the cascade for a cousin's wedding. I enjoyed the professionalism and kindness of the servers. For the aperitif that was also used as an entry, we were offered a succession of verrines, hot skewers, sandwiches-bouchées, tapnade and its vegetables... everything was good and we were pushed back before going to the table, which did not prevent us from enjoying a melting mice to wish.
