On s'y sent bien.

We had an awesome lunch--three courses plus amuse bouche, plus full bottle of wine and water and coffee...excellent value for the money...don't miss it. It has very limited seating, so book ahead...I think it only seats about 12-16 people total...unless my memory fails me. Well worth the journey and expenses. The staff was most friendly and the food superb!
We had the 44 euro 50 Menu, which gave us 6 courses, starting with a delicious zuchini based amuse bouche, followed by a fantastic foie gras, then slow-cooked duckling, which melted in the mouth. Cheese, dessert and petit fours completed our meal. All were beautifully presented by friendly staff. The restaurant is small, air-conditioned and newly and smartly renovated, with the tables reasonably spaced.
This was the best diner we had this year The restaurant is small and nice. We had the opportunity to eat outside but decided to have our diner inside. We went for the 6 course menu and asked to get accompanied wine. The food was just excellent and the wine pairing was great. The young lady gave a very good explanation of the wine. Price of champaign was rather high (17€ , but the food and wine were rather cheap. We will certainly be back to Nancy and to V-Four as well Thanks to the whole team for our special evening and fantastic experience
We went for Sunday lunch and chose the 48 euro menu. It was outstanding value. Three courses with amuse bouche will satisfy both palate and stomach. Our cepe, girolle amuse bouche immediately aroused the palate. The cold foie gras with a cherry gele crust was divine. The seared scallops with green asparagus, surrounded by various emulsions was as colourful and creative as an artists palate and delicious to eat. The main course of seared, roasted monkfish, mashed potatoes, topped with pearl onions in a veal jus was deeply satisfying. The cheese course consisted of a melted down Comte mixed with cream and small croutons. Unusual and very tasty. Our deserts were bliss: a raspberry tart filled with vanilla sorbet and an almond tuile. The other a gaspachio of red fruits with a vanilla cream. Then followed coffee with meringues, macaroons and a pistachio Madeleine. We drank a few glasses of wine, white , rose and red at 10 euros pr gl and Parker would have been very pleased. The restaurant is small, we'll run by husband and wife. The food, was exceptional. The value outstanding. This was a deeply enjoyable dinning experience. Reservations only by telephone.
A quiet, discreet in the center of Nancy. Excellent cuisine, friendly and polite service, moderately priced especially with the quality. Be sure to try the local Toul gris (rose) wine they are difficult to find outside of Lorraine. Only seven tables so reservations could be a good idea.
