It was a restaurant and you were only allowed to drink if you also ordered something to eat, they said. Reply to the owner: I gave one star for the service. I didn't rate the food because, as you noted, we didn't eat anything. The waitress was unfriendly and could have explained the situation to us, right? We didn't want to drink alcohol, just coffee.
