Staff are not interested about your experience. They just want to dish out the order and get it over with. This might be a result of having a bad day or just poor service. I asked for a no cheese meal for 4 orders yet the staff added cheese and he had I don't care attitude on when i complained View all feedback.

Always a pleasure to come here. great American style burger at a good price. One of my favorites from Nancy.

The location was great! There was space to seat outside and enjoy our meal. The food was disgusting when compared to other Strak 'n Shake location. The fries was burnt and not fresh (NOT FRESH AND HARD). My husband is extremely allergic to cheese! We ordered 3 out of 4 burgers without cheese and they brought all burgers with cheese. The server knew it had cheese and still brought it to us. When we returned my husband 's burger, they knew the reason it was been returned without saying a word! Why would you serve something that could be detrimental to another person 's?
