Every serv... read more Excellent service, delicious food. Super knowledgable sommelier. The restaurant only serves a “Surprise menu” with the choice of four or six courses. Every serving was “out of this world”! Interesting combinations of flavors and textures. All in season ingredients were provided by local producers. We had two little appetizers, followed by six perfectly sized “small” servings. Don’t make the mistake we did: having come quite hungry, we devoured the delicious bread that was accompanied by two kinds of herbed butter…. We shouldn’t have: at the end of our dinner we felt quite (almost too) full! The sommelier picked perfect wines with the dishes and gave extensive information about them. This place is a gem and we can truly recommend it. We’ll be back!

The staff were attentive, friendly and knowledgeable (and brought fresh water for our hot dog, merci! . The food was tremendous, each course interesting and very tasty whilst avoiding being (too pretentious. We did not go for the wine match, but with some help from the staff selected some great wines from the excellent list. If you're in Nancy, it's worth splashing out, you will not regret it.
