I urgently needed to buy a pastry shop for a shared meal with my... read more I'm very demanding about pastry. I was advised the bakery/pâtisserie "Maison Schindler Nancy". I urgently needed to buy a pastry shop for a shared meal with my wonderful beautiful family. When I returned to this shop that gives a certain nostalgia for our old and warm bakeries by its odors, the presentation of its products or by the sympathy mixed with the reception of its employees, I was marvelled. Then came in me a feeling of well being, not being taken for a blue card as in many signs today. I was all the more tempted to take a great classic that is the raspberry/frmboisier cake. After tasting: This cake was simply divine and was the best I had the opportunity to taste, which motivates me to come and comment not only to recommend but also to thank them for making me live this feeling. And yet I have ordered it and in the best pastry shops in the cities I have attended. They were certainly good bills but they do not reach the level of excellence of the "Schindler Nancy House" This raspberry cake is both greedy, light and especially not industrial with a real cream and raspberries of taste. This combination is what is more appreciable in this kind of consumption, pleasure. I recommend! Thanks to the whole team, and especially soon!

I found the chocolate bread and the excellent sourdough baguette as I came at 4:30 pm, which is why I put 4/5. It’s hard to find good bread like that of today unfortunately. I chose the blueberry pie in greedy and on this side jsuis a little disappointed because of the paste that is not to my taste I remove 1 star because there were flies in the window The bread remains excellent so I recommend
