We were the first in an empty restaurant and were offered one of the least desirable tables (one person opposite the wall). it was made clear that we should not... read more We were the first in an empty restaurant and were offered one of the least desirable tables (one person opposite the wall). it was made clear that we should not have a better table. the service of the two ladies was mechanical .polite and without warmth. my eating was pleasant, but my partner was not a happy man. his first cure of Thai seasoned bark was chewing. his main course, described as bolognese d'agneau, was effective a very rich lamb stew with inappropriate and thick ravioli. the wine bottle was kept on the safe and our glasses were raised from time to time. when the place was filled, the wine service dried. we sat with empty glasses, as the waitresses had avoided the eye contact. we decided to cut the dinge short, take a dessert, and head for one of the magnificent amorino ice creams and a coffee in rue here as substitute. the bill was "service compris" that would explain the mechanical service.

Probably the best chicken I've ever had; flavorful, moist, seasoned perfectly. Wine selection was good and...we were excited to find out we could get our bottle back home. When we make it back to Nancy we will definitely be eating here again!
