C'est ainsi que j'ai découvert ce restaurant sur Nancy.Et je ne suis pas déçue : carte concise mais de qualité, très loin des cartes à rallonge de certains établissements, des bons produits certes mais bien cuisinés aussi ! Et les frites sont excellentes, c'est de plus en plus rare dans un fast food pour le souligner. La salade en accompagnement est légère et très bonne également. Mention pour la panna cotta vegan, qui permet de découvrir un dessert autrement, dans une version moins sucrée et à la texture légèrement différente de l'originale.Le cadre est également super agréable, la décoration est très sympa et si on y prête attention, on peut sentir une petite touche d'huile essentielle dans l'atmosphère.Le prix est certes plus élevé que la moyenne (comptez une douzaine d'euros pour un menu) mais en terme de rapport qualité/prix c'est incomparable.J'y retournerai avec très grand plaisir, surtout que l'accueil est très chaleureux !

L'appétit bio est la meilleure alternative aux chaines internationales situées plus bas dans la même rue ;)

Tout est de production local... read more En cette chaude journée d été, nous avons pu profiter de la fraicheur de la salle au sous sol pour déguster 2 burger de brie panés. Tout est de production locale et bio, y compris la bière et la mayonnaise. Il s agissait de notre première expérience en restau végétarien, et c est une réussite !

The burgers were all delicious, the very good fries and the sauces (ketchups and mayonnaise) are homemade. There are two choices of vegetarian burgers and two choices of burger vegan, there are also several vegan desserts. The menus (fried burgers drink or dessert) are between 12 and 14€ and they are worth a lot! The reception and service were also irreproachable and full of good humor!

A big lack of organisation that I could understand (because first brunch) if there had been an apology and explanations during the service out of it was not at all. I think the least thing is to consider his client!! I tested this place with a friend for the famous brunch, barely returned the server doesn't even address us. We actually see him overwhelmed but he doesn't say anything, I'm not even sure I had a hello, we waited 15 minutes before we came to talk to us and settle down then between 30/45 min before having some things on the table. To wait no water, no bread or explanation. And at the time of paying while there was no one there again any excuse, no smile!! Too bad the brunch wasn't that bad, but it doesn't make any sense to go back.
