We were able to choose a meal, enjoy it, and be on our way in just half an hour.

W e have eaten here a few times and found the roast meat meal to be awesome , its a good idea if your a big eater to ask for a bit of each meat and you will not... read more W e have eaten here a few times and found the roast meat meal to be awesome , its a good idea if your a big eater to ask for a bit of each meat and you will not be hungry when you finish.We are caravan travellers and stayed at the newly renovated Nanango RV park a short stroll away in the centre of town opposite the IGA.If you have a self contained motor home the RSL has free parking if you ask at the reception.If you are in town and like music Nanango Real Estate run the Music Shed and take the bookings and payments for the Nanango RV Park

I couldnt g... read more My food was delivered with a thumb in my meal which was of poor quality anyway. The waitress exhaled fresh cigarette smoke which made me almost gag. I couldnt get a drink as the bar was abandoned. Several others stood there waiting. The waiting staff...were looking at the bar as they could see the problem. 3 keno games later a staff member turned up casually. No sense of urgency. Some one asked where is the manager as she was getting impatient as her food was going cold whilst attempting to buy a wine. The server said the manager is on her laptop in the dining area. Sure enough there she was oblivious to the fact there was a problem. I also noticed a waitress continually munching food abviously stolen off customers plates..There is a serious lack of management and professionalism at this venue. The other venues in town WANT you to return. There seemed to be no sense of urgency and a distinct casual approach. Here the staff turn up and get paid and are not loyal to the club or customers. Im not sorry for being honest. Mystery shoppers feedback and some disciplinary action could help change the attitude of the staff. Apparently the overall manager is casual as well so when the cats away the mice will play.
