What User doesn't like about Le Cafe Francais:
Nice people/owners; food not as good as we were led to believe. Example: fruit crepe had little fruit and very little whipped cream. Also savory crepes were so dark, they almost looked burned. View all feedback.
I cannot comment on the food, but I had made a reservation for my fourteenth anniversary tonight and upon arriving, I discovered that the restaurant is closed.
This restaurant is fantastic! It has a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere and the prices are reasonable. The food is excellent; we tried the fish crepe and seafood mix pot and both dishes were absolutely delicious.
Had an amazing lunch at this family-owned restaurant. It was a great experience and I highly recommend it. Make sure to try the French onion soup!

Best French Restaurant in Nanaimo Escargot!!!! Filet mignon !!!! Wines !!! They have it all . Service...???? Only one big disappointment... Not open for lunch anymore
