Burned Bread in stead of Hot Bread When you pretend to serve good quality bread, never serve burned (tasteless) bread from a toaster. Besides that, scrambled eggs should have a little bit salt when preparing it. It was amazingly tasteless as well. I am happy that I didn't try their coffee, that should be also a disaster. Amazingly good food served by beautiful, friendly ladies! We had eaten here twice for our 4-day visit to Nan. We had our first visit sandwiches, made with wonderful bread, either white or whole flour. The second time my partner had saag aloo curry with rice, although he could take either Chapatti or Pitta bread. I had an egg and vegetable pack with curry paste. Both were delicious! Yeah, we waited about 20 minutes for our food, but every dish is fresh, and we weren't in a hurry. It is about relaxing and absorbing the wonderful culture and hospitality of the province of Nan.
