After a contact with the manager of the establishment, we better understood the situation and adapted our note because we had never been disappointed before. So we will come back with pleasure soon, hoping to find the Savoyarde fondue there; Experience 03/08/2022 in the evening : We were 4 adults, 1 4-year-old and 1 11-month-old. Adults taking the all in formula with the code. All that well stipulated in the reservation, they had to prepare the table in front of us ... We had to eat outside (without asking our opinion. We assume that inside, with the heat, it was unbearable. So there is no air conditioning in the restaurant part. Servers, nice but unexperienced and do not know promo codes. We're told there's no savoyard fondue. You should have told the reservation no?! At no time, we were asked what the 4-year-old was eating. She could take a qqch card or snack a little fondue with the parents. Meat, not extraordinary. We clearly got better. My husband fell on some hard pieces. Salad, sauces and fries, no problem. We waited a long time to see a server coming back after discarding the table. Again, not aware of the menu we had to remember (café and dessert . Again, no proposal for the 4-year-old. Addition arrival, we see the 4 special menus with the code as well as 2 melted packages for children! First, we have to prevent the price table for children Second, in other restaurants of the genre, there are prices adapted according to age! We don't even charge a package to a baby of 11 months!! She obviously didn't eat fondue, she had her own meal. We were able to remove from the bill the menu of the 11-month-old, fortunately. In short, on the ten times we visited, it was really the least good experience. The previous visits had given us full satisfaction.

For a fondue or for mussels it is the perfect place. The setting is pleasant, and the staff listening with a warm welcome.

Superb personal welcome very pleasant, very well eat for the price, only flat a supplement of 3€ for a small bowl of additional fries for the rest my coast will be 8/10 I will return there
