The Egg Factory - Nampa

The food and service is outstanding! It is a busy place with high ceilings, it's loud but so worth it! We usually have to wait a little while for a Sunday morning breakfast. Again, so worth it! They use real Canadian bacon on their eggs benedict with perfectly poached soft eggs. Another favorite is the Popeye omelet, spinach and melted real Swiss cheese. Yummm

Food was decent. Usually more solid than today was. Very busy and appeared to be short staffed. Waitstaff did a great job. However, my girlfriend and I had a Benedict which is supposed to be poached eggs. Hers were over done, mine had one over done and one maybe slightly underdone. Still my favorite place to go!Food: 4/5

Great place to enjoy breakfast! The servers are experienced servers who have great customer service. The booths are very private that seem to block out noise so you can actually enjoy a conversation with the person you are with. My husband and I are always pleasantly surprised when we get the bill because for the food you get and the quality of customer service you receive it almost feels like we are robbing them. Can’t say enough great things about this place!! Thank you we will definitely be back!

Excellent food and coffee. We went for breakfast on a Sunday morning. We arrived at 7:30 am and there were already three families in line. Despite open tables the staff was unable to seat anyone for 20 minutes due to lack of staff. Our waitress was fast and efficient. Hoping the owner is able to bring more staff on, and keep them.Food: 4/5
