As a native of San Diego I know first hand how Mexican food should taste by not only having a plethora of eating establishments in and around San Diego but also from going across the border to Mexico on occasion. I really like to be shot in the lot, but they need to train this week. most often I order tamales cheese enchiladas, both a la carte with extra gravur. my tamales, we are very dry in the inner, do not think that gravur has made a difference on the outside. my enchiladas were not cooked? how hard is it to ensure that cheese is melted before serving. this job was as jumped together, not even a little melt was there. I ordered a quesadilla with lengua and it was so gross. It had like a ton of cheese. It was just Disgusting. Never again there.
I usually like Los Betos, but they must be in training this week. I usually order Tamales Cheese enchiladas, both a la carte with extra gravy. My Tamales we 're very dry on inside, don 't think gravy on outside made a difference. My enchiladas were notcooked? How hard is it to make sure cheese is melted before serving. This order was like slapped together, not even a "little "melt was there. I added a side of chips guacamole each. These came married together, needless to say the avocado turnedbrown. Very disappointed. Might have to start looking for alternative Mexican fast food place.

Beyond the best burrito I have ever tasted. I usually can not finish it. This was the Idaho Burrito. Yum yum yummy! Must try. It will not disappoint.
