What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
I made the mistake of accepting the delivery fee instead of tipping the driver when I ordered food while feeling unwell. The delivery person made it clear that he was unhappy when I tossed my sandwich on the doorstep after struggling to carry the bag through dozens of obstacles. I won’t be making that mistake again. It usually depends what location you go to the Happy valley one sucks! But this one does a good job
I write this reveiw to say that this store gave me some of the worst food poisoning I've experienced in my short time on this planet. The staff were friendly and doing there best. But something in that sandwich had declared martial law and I LOST. All things considered though I understand jimmy jhons just receives a lot of there product from distribution centers so I'm not gonna hate too hard on Jimmy jhons, but dang that was wild.
The last two times I have visited this location, it took 30+ minutes to get through the drive through with employees standing around doing nothing.
They forgot the bacon on my sandwich and immediately offered to make it right. Thanks for a good customer service and an experience worthy of a mention.
