Firehouse Subs Happy Valley - Nampa

I simply love, love, LOVE the hot pastrami here. And the pickles! I am so thankful they allow you to fully customize your sandwich unlike other places. I always get extra pickles and meat and add mustard. Highly recommend this place if you love hot pastrami. The meat is tender, thinly sliced, just the right amount of pepper on the edges, the right amount smoke salt on the meat too. Add melted provolone, veggies and chopped pickles it's a meal!

Johnny on the spot really friendly staff, clean inviting atmosphere and good food. The only reason for four stars is $18 for a sandwich chips and drink. Ouch!

My sandwich was soggy, but pretty good. My husband's was not at all what he ordered. It was nasty, full of fat and there wasn't a drop of BBQ sauce on it. On top of it all, you couldn't even tell it was a sandwich. It was such a mess.

Pretty tasty. Personally, I think the sub should have been a little bigger but it was still filling. Fresh. For me, it's a good median between Subway and Jersey Mike's. I had the Turkey Bacon Ranch. I went ahead and rounded up to donate to their Cause...goes to first responders and their needs. Young man who took my order was friendly and helpful. Oh, and sub came toasted which I really liked.
