I was a favorite of this establishment for several years, and I am obliged to note a slight lack of finesse both in the preparation of the dishes and in the presentation of the dishes to my last meal. I was very surprised to see a little disappointed. However, the value of a gourmet menu service with the selection of wines (which were perfectly adapted to the dishes) remain for me one of the best tables of the Indian. I just hope I'm not disappointed once!

We enjoyed the menu of March 2006. apro bien quilibr (champagne, rum, lemon) accompanied by his mouths. trs dishes great qualit, well prepared with a lot of flavor. a little regret, for the cailles the bitter-sweet served without accompaniment. Why not add a few legumes. dessert: chocolate soup with a banana dough. back to the rest. otherwise excellent and very good quality/price ratio. impeccable service, nice and without exces. wine very good prices correct (pessac-leognan 2002 white 23 we will return there.
