Had a nice lunch over looking the water. Staff were friendly and accomodating. We had steak and a parmi which were both good sized portions and cooked the way we asked. Won a few bucks on the pokies too so bonus! View all feedback.

Had Sunday lunch last week, the hard fish looked good on the special menu. unfortunately I did not order the fish, medium rare, the fish was well overcooked and dry. the beetwort was too sweet. that was my second visit to this hotel and my last one.
I had the scavenger from the special board. in any case. I want to go back to the blackhouse!
Ordered seafood plate for two. fresh oysters and oyster kilpatrick all the same temperature. fresh garnel warm and soggy. scollops and chicken fuggets all over boiled. all eating was pre-packages nothing seemed fresh to remember that this is the sunshine coast. salat was minimal and not fresh....Neededed to ask for the drink that was included. mentioned a bad standard for 2 employees who seemed careless.
The waterfront hotel is by far the best place on the sunshine coast. the personal is always friendly, eating is amazing and looking at the coast from the deck is like no other!
Had lunch at the Waterfront, we all had the swordfish, it was delicious. Service was great, thank you Hannah for making us feel welcome.
