Apparently they don't know their own dishes. Have asked if the Rigatoni Baltersweiler is really vegetarian as meat is not on the map. That was confirmed on the phone. Unfortunately, we were lied three times. Then we ordered a pizza we should pay. No excuse. Really the last. I ordered the last time. Vegetarian options: You can't be sure if it's really vegetarian. Had a combinazione and a cabonara had to wait, even only really 30 minutes was really super tasty
Ordered online and instead of specified 60 minutes waiting time it was then 120 minutes, although we called and asked in the meantime. Don't go! Was definitely the last time! : Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner

We've been ordering there for years, had no reason to complain. Food is always delicious and the staff friendly.
After over an hour (delivery time would be 1 hour) asked by phone and the friendly lady told me that our order is not even prepared. neither come in, nor an apologies. imprinted on my part was that she was grateful about the cancellation of the order. more than disappointing
