The Local Grill - Nairobi

It’s a place to try out. The meat was yum The lamb, ostrich and octopus was well cook and tasty. It's also with a cool ambience ready for eating some meat.

The local grill remains one of my favourite Nairobi steak restaurants. The quality is consistent and there is value for money in portions served. I highly recommend their rib eye. It's really good.

Mercy who attended to us was excellent. She recommended excellent steak. The salad was equally yummy and the cocktail was just the right mix.

The best meat! The best service. Attention to detail. We were quite a big group and they handled everything perfectly. We first got the maitre d' explain to us the various cuts of the beef (and I found this very informative). And then the meat came and it was exquisite. What do I recommend everything! I had the wing rib which was really huge and tasty (go for it), the rib eye, the sirloins and the fillet and the pork ribs were all rated A. And then came the desserts. Our two favorites were molten chocolate cake with ice cream and the malava pudding with the ice cream. If you love meat, you're in the right place; if you don't like meat, you're still in the right place. Oh, did I mention the wines and the cocktails...you're in the right place
