Great service by Lucy (cashier). She was very friendly, helpful and quick in welcoming me, taking my order and serving it. I had some raspberry herbal tea and the Red Velvet cake which was on offer (BOGOF) and it was delightfully moist, fresh and creamy. What Bayard W M doesn't like about Java House Valley Arcade:
Used to love Java, and thought coffee very good. Third time, music is too loud, especially for a a quiet early Sunday and coffee once again stale and burnt. Tired of having to be the person, sending the coffee back and asking to have the music turned down. Sad, because fresh air and visually very pleasing. Nice place to sit and enjoy. Easy parking. However, Insufficient number of staff to serve.
