I understand the space is small, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't invest in air conditioning. When the restaurant gets crowded and hot (especially due to the kitchen), it can smell of sweat, hot oil, and sauces. It's difficult to enjoy a meal in such conditions. Additionally, I've noticed that the floor can be dirty at times; cleanliness is important. I ended up going from BK TRM to Two Rivers because of these issues, even though I really appreciate your service.
