I think the place has a good ambience but poorly maintained. The staff is okay but food is below the mark. Too oily and not tasteful. They use so much of oil and grease in their food that one can’t just ignore it. Prices are too high for this kind of mediocrity..wouldn’t recommend..the cutlery is age old. While our stay at Nainital, we had our breakfasts and dinners here. The quality of food, quantity of food and their hygiene standards are great. They're at Mall road, right at the beginning, one doesn't have to hunt for this place as it's quite prominent. Don't forget to taste the milk, jalebi preparations. They're just out of this world.
