I've been very loyal customer of this restaurant place. Niyakag ko pa mga classmates ko dito nung napasok pa ako sa Western, niyakag ko rin ang mga co teacher ko at pati mga estudyante. In fact masarap naman at worth it ang pricing nila sa foods, no doubt about it! BUT i'm so disappointed with their online customer service as well as sa pagtupad nila sa kanilang promo with their some of menu meals. Meron silang promo na Unli chicken, sisig and rice for 188 pesos only. Actually we tried it before and it was good. So I boasted it with my co workers and even to my students na merong promo sa naic na 188 unlichicken at sisig. So nagpunta kami sa naic para sa 188 promo, ending di available yung promo. Next with my senior students, pumunta ulit kami sa promo, again di available... Third time... pumunta ulit kami with my former students... Wala na naman di available ang promo. Sinong matutuwa na nakalagay sa kanilang Banners at posters ang ganung promo tapos di naman pala laging available. Ang akin lang be true to your customers, kung di kayang panindigan ang promo, tanggalin na lang sa menu list di ba... lastly nag iinquire ka again dun sa promo pero never naman sumagot... nag seen lang pwede nmang sumagot na di available di ba... NAKAKA DISAPPOINT lang... naging loyal customer naman ako at ang dami ko na ring nayakag dyan at naging loyal customer nyo na rin... sana naman kahit papano, binigyang pansin man lang ang inquiry ko.????
