What Shashank Raj doesn't like about Mehak Restaurant:
In this small picturesque town, it is the only place offering standard Indian fare. More of a restaurant-ish Dhaba. Good smiling staff and the best part- they would be happy to customise your order eg. less spicy , more spicy, less oil, sugar separate and so on. Just about the only choice in a laid back hill town. I decided to check out this restaurant and have lunch. I had a pleasant dining experience with good ambiance, especially compared to other restaurants in the small town of Nahan. The food was delicious, although priced a bit higher than other eateries in the area, it was still worth it. The service was prompt, with our food arriving in about 15 minutes. We enjoyed the Daal Handi, which had a nice mild flavor, as well as the mixed vegetable dish with soft tandoori butter roti, followed by hot tea. The staff was polite and provided service with a smile, especially when I praised the tasty food.
We waited for a long time for a fast sandwich tea break at this restaurant in Nahan marketplace, on the way to Sirmour. However, the bathrooms were clean and the prices were reasonable. The lighting was poor, the fans were slow, and there was no air conditioning. It's no surprise that the restaurant remains empty.

We particularly enjoyed the Daal Handi and Kadai Paneer with tandoori butter roti, as well as the flavorful tea. The service was quick and attentive. We will definitely be returning for another visit.
The place it's best with good food. Quality is good with superb service Easy for senior citizens as there are no stairs. Enjoy
Nahan being a small town does not boost about too many restaurants. This happens to be one. Maintaining existence itself is good in this town. Consistent food quality. All the best
