The shrimp dish was particularly outstanding, as it was beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. I also enjoyed the flavorful paprika and vegetable menu items. The homemade XO soy sauce used in the Maple Okinawa grilled soba dish was a unique touch that added to the overall experience. The Agu pork red potato grilled dish was another highlight, with the sweetness of the pork mixing perfectly with the red potatoes. The dessert, which included tapioca milk, fruit, and sataandagi, was a perfect ending to a wonderful meal.
