Great nostalgic mood. Order from machines. Many decisions. Steak was a good value (1200 ¥ and tasted okay, on the slightly chewing side, but hard to say no to steak on sizzling plate. Goya set was good! Comes with tuna sashimi, spam and eggs, and Goya and spam sprout that tasted. Great experience as a whole.

This 24-hour joint is amazing! It can't be more local than this. It's worth coming for the experience rubbing shoulder to shoulder with the locals. The food here is very distinctly Okinawan, very different from the usual Japanese fair. It's meatier. The tricky point is that you have to buy a ticket from the machine. If you are not familiar with Okinawa food, then have a look at the menu (Japanese only) before you line up at the machine. Most items are in the 400-850 yen range. Lobster is over 2.5K. It's still pretty cheap. They can be very busy, and the wait staff will warn you, very thoughtful. I was there when the woman volleyball world cup was on, Japan vs Serbia. Japan won! Banzai!
