We spent the night in the town being in transit and chose Placc for an evening out to eat. Big mistake. We grabbed a free table and sat down. The menu on the table was quite chaotically laid out on the page, so I asked for one. The waitress was directly annoyed when I spoke in English, she simply left without saying anything and only after about 5 minutes she appeared with a menu in English and structured differently. I chose a drink, a pizza and a burger. After we received the food our waitress disappeared from the face of the earth.. Although there were 4 girls serving about 20 tables on the terrace. I also asked another waitress for a drink who didn't speak English at all either. Thus I was forced by the girl's lack of English to buy potatoes separately, because I was asked how I prefer them, fried or otherwise, and I didn't think that they were separate from the burger (I saw this later on the menu and the receipt). We did not receive an ashtray, nor salt or pepper. We waited a long time to order the second line of drinks because the girls just weren't looking around. They moved a few tables at a time, some went inside to pay, it was chaos. About half an hour later we see our original waitress closing a door at the entrance. The food was tasty but that was it. We managed to take away what we didn't consume. A tip was shoved down our throats, which we only saw on the receipt after we swiped the card at the POS and only after we translated every item on the menu and left. Maybe for locals it can be done differently, I don't know, but I don't recommend this place. Parking: Parking on the street right in front of the restaurant and in the immediate vicinity. Free on the street at weekends, with payment during the week.

Asking for money to use the bathroom is basically one of the most disgusting things on earth. But the fact that even the person who leaves tens of thousands for the otherwise mediocre food has to pay for it is downright outrageous! It brought down my whole mood, the otherwise average quality food already seems twice as bad. I can't get back on schedule. I do not recommend the place to anyone. The picture is an illustration, it symbolizes my anger.
