They have all the new gadgets and systems, yet they make sure they use none and ask u 5 times "aap ka Kya order Hai". They don't want to look at their screens. On Wednesdays their mismanagement reaches a new high. The queue is super long, it takes about 30 mins to get your order. They feel special pride in saying "sorry sir, yeh nahin Hai".
