The family likes to visit yoshinoya restaurant whenever we are in Japan for a bowl of no-frills and cheap gyudon, which is a staple food in Japan itself. We were walking around and looking for a place to have lunch and walked in. The standard and taste of its gyudon has always been very consistent regardless of where you are in Japan which is a good thing. In view of the prices, I thought it’s very economical. Clean... What User doesn't like about Yoshinoya Hisayaodori Nishiki:
This location isn't 24 hrs a day like many, but it provides the same quality and menu as the other locations. Due to it being one of the few things that was reasonably priced and open for breakfast I think I ate here 3 times in 4 days, changing between the beef and vegetables or salmon breakfast. No visa, no English menu, but easy to order due to pictures on menu. View all feedback.
They are fast, good food and clean place. Good service.
I don't really see the reason why people put two star reviews here. Yoshinoya is a fast food chain. Cheap fast food chain. Maybe more expensive than McD, but hey! Where else can you get a bowl of rice with pork, onion, egg and garlic for 450 yen, tea for free? Since this place is considered, the staff could speak English because their name was not Japanese. But she also spoke Japanese. Basically, you enter, take place and choose. The menu is not in English, but there are pictures. Simply select what you want and also choose size. Small, medium, big, no problem. Once you have chosen, call the employees SUMIMASEN and the staff will come to take your order. I waited about 5 minutes before my food arrived. Great! If you want to save some money and eat well (compared to Japanese restaurant in your home country), visit here. You will usually meet students, young people, workers, but also pay men in suits.

Clean and neat restaurant layout inside.
