However, on a recent visit, I ordered the soba kiri set with soy milk chawanmushi for 3,800 yen, and it was delightful! To the best of my knowledge (though I could be mistaken), this restaurant does not use fish stocks in their dishes. Therefore, if you opt for the soba kiri set in the autumn, you will only receive the tempura sweet, making it a vegan-friendly option.
I had a wonderful Shojin course at this restaurant. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. It's a fantastic place to try Japanese traditional vegan cuisine in an authentic setting.
I had a wonderful experience with the Shijin course at this restaurant. The dishes were both delicious and beautifully presented. It is a fantastic place to try authentic Japanese traditional vegan food in a genuine setting.
