This is famous local cuisine of Nagoya. And it seems that there are many regular customers in this restaurant. As Korean, miso is a familiar taste with thejang. It's like Denjan suop. It was interesting to have this traditional Eudong, but I wouldn't have this Eudong again. I would rather donkotsu ram View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Yamamotoya:
Came here because there were reviews floating around that miso udon is one of nagoya's signatures. I didn't like the broth. The barely done udon(on purpose) didn't faze me as much but the broth was too sweet. For the money, I'd rather go eat miso katsu again. Worth a visit here, but only one. View all feedback.
