I’d gone in with plenty of time to catch the last train and ordered something to go. 30 minutes later I was still waiting because they had a party. I asked if they could hurry up because the last train was soon. The bartender said 2 minutes, which became 6, and I missed the last train when they brought the food. I was going to just eat it there then walk home. No problem. The bartender stormed over and had the nerve to yell at me because he rushed my togo order. I said I missed my train and was going to eat there, but his attitude really pissed me off, so I yelled back, tossed the food, and didn’t bother getting a refund and left with nothing. It’s too bad, they had good food and an interesting atmosphere, but that bartender had no right to yell at me. Why does every foreigner run bar have such bad service in this city? It’s laughable. I’ll stick to Hub in Nagoya. They’re pretty solid.
