The best rams I've ever had in Japan. Very well known among the locals in Nagoya. Original shop is in Hongo along the Higashiyama line, therefore the name Hongo-Tei. Delicious ramen, with generous cuts of pork, served fast along narrow counter seating. Just buy a ticket for whichever ramen type you want when you walk in, hand the ticket to one of the staff and take a seat... your order will soon be placed in front of you. Pretty bland and unexceptional food, and a very dated interior. Portion size is good, though
A very popular local ramen joint, not too bad and good price too. All you can eat kimchi and rice on the side.
One of the best rams ever.. and all you can eat kimchi and rice..
