Yě アザミ Shè - Nagatoro

A soba restaurant in Chichibu. I visited based on the reviews. The portions were generous, and both the udon and soba were delicious.

I enjoyed the Nagatoro soba and silk udon. I asked for recommendations at the kayak shop next door and was introduced to this lovely restaurant called Noyadzami Sha. When I mentioned the recommendation from the kayak shop, they even gave me a complimentary coffee, which was also delicious. The portions of noodles were generous and left me feeling satisfied. The staff were also very friendly and attentive.
