Yokohama Tonkotsu Ramen Yoshiya

The best rams we had in Japan. Get the deluxe for pig bell that will rock your world. Great is /very / big! Ticket machine is only in Japanese, but the staff was very friendly.

One of the best yokohama style pig broth rams that packs quite a blow. You can choose the hardness of thick fat noodles, the strength of soup and the amount of oil. Best start with hard noodles, (cata males), so if you are halfway the knights, the noddles won't turn. The regular rams work for me, but you can always order the Deluxe for all ingredients. Very recommended if you are in the city of Nagano and looking for some strong riddles to warm your soul.

The best place in Nagano for Tonkotsu Shoyu noodles pork born soup with soy source. Salty, fatty and thick soup with noodles are great. Two kind of grilled pork are available: pork libs or hams, both are lobely tastes anyway. Ticket vending machine is available, no English menu, no parking lot, counter only. No credit card payment is acceptable, but PayPay is okay.
