Amazing food served in sharing small plate style. They have unique dishes like horse meat but everything we had was delicious and would definitely go back here again! Make sure to book ahead of time because the restaurant is very small and doesn’t fit too many people
We arrived Hakuba almost 11.00 pm and most restaurants were closed. This was the only restaurant opened and we didn't have to think since we were all straving. Unbelieveable that all foos were exceptional and service was perfect with reasonable price. This might be our best experience in Hakuba.
Swinging by before opening for dinner, we were lucky to secure the last table for four people. I’d recommend: Pork gyoza with leek Pork gyoza with plum Grilled Mochi cheese with seaweed Miso beef tripe I also like their complementary edamame.
Absolutely breathtaking meal, each dish was unique and the flavours inter-complimentary. The chefs are machines, cleaning while cooking the dishes.
