This is an Italian pasta restaurant, thick and tender pasta with unique sources tasted Japanese prefer are great, seems the unique sources are better than classical Italian sources. Not a real Italian restaurant but I like it, and the owner chef is very gentle, good place to bring kids. No English menu, credit cards and electronic money payment methods are acceptable. I love the taste of Japanese pasta and really enough the spaghetti boiled al dente . The owner speaks good English and was very friendly. Very recommended if you are looking for good Japanese style spaghetti.
One of my favorites in Nagano. A classic Italian style with some Japanese spins on the menu. Napolitan is my usual. One of the best spaghetti I ate.
Friendly and helpful staff. You also have an English menu. Servings are decent and prices are low. They have a range of pastas that range from traditional to Japanese style that contain Shijitake mushrooms and roe. If you don't feel like Japanese cuisine, come here for a break.

Friendly family-run pasta restaurant in Nagano. They have a nice selection of Japanese- and Western-style pastas. Their service is always with a smile. They take all the major electronic payment options in addition to cash.
