What User doesn't like about Rafabel's Cafe:
I have bad experience in this café. I heard a lot of good things. But when I visited for the first time, my expectations were not met. First, the air-conditioning unit is not working. I am not sure if it is because there are only few customers at the time or it is really defective. Second, I ordered one of their frozen coffee blends. Promising good tasting cakes. Tried their Tiramisu and chocokate cheesecake, it feels rich in the mouth. The taste was also fine, not too sweet or lacking. If you're tired of the cakes from graceland, baker's plaza or other common shops, Rafabel's a good place to buy cakes! View all feedback.
