She never helped me to inform them, because of pri... read more I needed urgently yo contact neighbors in order to avoid some water damages and Frau Rüther opposed to do it. She never helped me to inform them, because of privacy issues. I asked for the plans of the water lines and they said they don't have it. I found them from the company which did the job 30 yrs ago and Immosupport refused to pay 250 Chf in order to have these plans. It's 12 apartments. Ridiculous, not serious and dangerous. How can you take these people seriously?
