Tye people who work overnights by far the nicest people to run into at 3am, and they are always smiling and cheerful!! Also, this specific Whataburger is unbelievably clean every single time I have ever gone in there no matter what time of day. I am so impressed!!?? View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
Slowest Whataburger in the whole network! 25 minutes for a double w/cheese and med fries! This isn?t necessarily corporate?s fault but if four people can?t handle the strain, perhaps maybe self-serve kiosks for ordering? That would free up one more for food prep anyway. View all feedback.
Unacceptable service from cashier, management and facility. You should not have expired products in store let alone giving it to clients for consumption. We didn't get all of our food either. Just bad service all around!

This is the only fast food restaurant I know of that turns customers away because they are doing a ?shift change?. They apparently do these shift changes a lot. I have been told I?d have to wait several times. Plus, when they do decide to serve customers, the wait time to get your food is way too long.
