I ordered a cake in which they failed to complete. The manager was very rude and brushed me off. She later tries to come outside and offer to make the cake, but I just wanted my money back. She goes inside and attempted to talk about me to her supervisor and when my mother addressed it she yelled out that my mother had a gun and called the police. Great coffee and welcoming staff. I visit as often as I can!
Shannon ALWAYS welcomes me with a smile when he gives me my ice cream coffee. She's such a nice person and even goes out of her way to ask me how I do it! She definitely deserves a raise!
The food is absolutely delicious, and I could eat it every day! The staff is incredibly friendly.
The staff welcomed me and was very friendly. The coffee was hot and the donuts tasted good and you could say they were fresh. Fast service, great location!
