There are plenty of pizzas, especially for the middle of the afternoon. Very clean. Staff accommodated us very quicklyKid-friendliness: Games in Arcade were working, and kids had a great time

There’s no way in hell should I have to come home and put my pizza BACK IN THE OVEN because workers RUSHED my pizza. Dough thick as my thighs. Makes no sense! I used to love cici’s!Along with workers grabbing cinnamon rolls from the BUFFET that no one ate. Just to send it home with our order.As faithful pizza lover, I knew that fresh rolls are stuck together. Not pulled apart and ripped how these were.Stop the laziness and give better quality FOOD.

Pizza buffet. Food is good, though not always high quality. The desserts are always either overcooked or undercooked. Pizza is always wonderful, but they run out quickly, and they take a long time to replace empty trays on the bar, sometimes longer than the duration of our stay. Usually they won't have the pizza we want when we arrive there, sometimes we don't get the one we want at all and settle for whatever is available. While it's good, you might go hungry waiting for pizza if it's busy here.

This is A HORRIBLE place to go to! 1st you walk in and there is music so loud you couldn 't hear yourself ordering...BUT the loud music wasn 't so bad considering the music that was playing was talking about how someone takes a d^*k to her kidneys... Family restaurant BWAHAHAHA!! I had my 8 9 year old grandsons with me!! We were told at 8:30 (they close at 10 where we could sit because the guy was already cleaning tables! The restaurant had customers still coming in and they were also told to Only sit on the 1st row(there are atleast 4 rows) Now the pizzas were so hard and greasy.. They had been sitting there for awhile! I can understand them being there for a while but if you threw them up against the wall it would put a hole in the sheet rock! Let 's just say I or my family will never go back!!! If there was a place to put negative STARS here I would!

Spent $48 on 4 slices of cold pizza and a salad. My kids only got 2 slices each. I never got a single slice. As each pizza came out it was gone in a few seconds. Ate a salad and left. Tea was watered down. All the workers were standing in the back corner talking.
