This Chipotle restaurant is located on North Street close to SFA. This is the second time I've visited this location and both times have been great! The staff is very friendly and parts close attention to what you're wanting on your plate. The first time I ate here I came inside but took my order to go and this time we sat down and enjoyed our meal. It's clean inside the restaurant and they keep the restrooms clean.... Pre ordered on the website, paid received confirmation order and receipt...when we got there we were told our order was not in their system. It didn't matter that we had proof of our order, receipt and confirmation. View all feedback.
Couldn't take cash, but I was using my card. Huge portions and great flavor!
Tonight was a bad night for chipotle. I usually have Good time. However, they told me and my wife they were out of corn and mild salsa. However when ordering I saw them put it on their to go orders. When questioned they said they couldn’t tell them that they were out. There was still a good amount in them as well!!! Not too happy!
So grateful for this amazing Chipotle in Nac! Food quality is usually spectacular with large portion sizes. Your Agua frescas and lemonades are addicted and so good on a hot day (or every day). The team is friendly and accommodating. My only complaints are business questions: I wish that the free Entree reward in the app does not jump from 1,250 points to 1,400 without warning. With all the money I spend here, it takes forever to make a free escape. I also hope that the vegan chorizo will return one day – it was my favorite protein here by far!

Restaurant was clean, staff was accommodating but the food was disappointing. I have a pretty high salt tolerance but this was too salty to eat. My wife couldn't eat hers either.
