Okay. So our first time going there we made it at 5:30pm. Ordered the large chicken fried steak w onion rings and the loaded baked potato (grilled chicken, mushrooms and onions and cheese. 23.00. The food was great but the staff was in a hurry to run us out at 6:50pm. We were almost done eating and they ran around telling all of the guest we are closing and shut the lights off on all of us. A little shocking. I'm sure they were ready to start their Saturday night! View all feedback.
The food was fantastic, but the staff seemed eager to rush us out at 6:50 PM. We were almost finished with our meal when they began informing all the guests that the restaurant was closing, even turning off the lights on us. It was quite surprising. I understand they were likely ready to kick off their Saturday night!
The portions are really generous for the price, and everything tastes fantastic. We'll definitely be returning!
It was our first visit, and we loved the food! I had the cheeseburger, while my husband tried the chopped beef. The only minor downside—if you can call it that—was that there were too many French fries. We definitely could have shared one order. Overall, it was amazing!

Asked a local friend for a recommendation since I was going to be passing through town around lunch time. I’m glad I went with Butcher Boy. The burger is really good with the hand formed (not frozen) patty. I also tried the spicy sausage. Know that when they spicy, believe that! Potato salad also which was perfect. Staff was super friendly.
