There is a good selection of coffee, but the service is very poor. I had to wait approximately 10 minutes to get a menu, and then another 15 minutes before a staff member came to take my order. There was confusion with my order, and when I questioned it, I was told that if it was not what I wanted, tough luck. You can only order a 0.3l bottle of water with your coffee. Additionally, if you want to use a voucher, you must spend a certain amount, or else they will not honor it. Overall, I was not impressed with the service and will not be returning to this establishment. When I asked for the name of the manager, I was told that no one was available to speak to me.

However, when I went back after a few years, I was disappointed by the unprofessional service. Despite only ordering coffee and spending about ten minutes there, I had a bad experience. One of the four staff members behind the counter did not greet me, had a sour expression, and ignored me when I asked for coffee. The service was rude and dismissive. I recommend that management review the staff's behavior as it can deter customers from returning. Despite the excellent coffee, the poor service left a negative impression on me. Only two stars for the coffee shop.
