I feel like I should pay more; I got the larger portion and it was just the right amount for me. This is a place I want to take my soba-loving friends to. I want to go back again.

I never thought I would end up ordering the same thing and finish it, even though I usually get a large portion and that's it. I like my soba noodles on the firmer side, but when they are too hard, it can be unpleasant. However, that wasn't a concern here. The firmness when chewing and the satisfying snap when biting down were just right. The soba broth was also delicious. The wasabi had a taste that made you feel like you didn't need it, and I only had a little bit on my tongue at the end for a change of flavor, as the soba noodles were so delicious. I simply enjoyed the soba noodles and felt they were just delicious. My wife and son also enjoyed the meal, but I was the one who truly savored it (laughs).

It was packed with customers right after opening, so we waited about 20 minutes for a table for two. They only offered hot soba and zaru soba, and today I chose the zaru soba. It was very cold and delicious.
