Great experience, specially for tourist wanting to eat at some iconic places in the US, the place has a very strong smell when entering, I thought it was humidity but it seemed to be the lobsters and crabs being boiled, the waitress was very kind and attentive, we had to wait for a bit to be received by the hostess. What Ana Maria Damian doesn't like about Red Lobster:
I came in on Friday afternoon with my family..THE WHOLE RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY. The host was no where to be found when she was found she told us to wait for her…. We finally got to sit at our table and after waiting forever to be seated, then had to ask the Host several times if someone was coming to even ask if we wanted water. She stated a man was on his way.. WE ASKED TWICED.. She then had another server ask if she... View all feedback.
My wifes crab legs were phenomenal...and that was the on it. The Maine lobster was like eating plastic. The sirloin was very tough. The waitress forgot three requests at different times...my soup, extra crab sauce, and while she never offered me a soda refill, when my wife went to her to ask, still forgot. The place was also very cold. I will get the crab take out for my wife, but I will never return. It had been ywars and I was looking forward to it...but as I recall, their great advertising videas do not mat h the POOR quality of the food and pricey!!!!

We finally got to sit at our table and after waiting forever to be seated, then had to ask the Host several times if someone was coming to even ask if we wanted water. She stated a man was on his way.. WE ASKED TWICED.. She then had another server ask if she can take our order…When the waitress came after 20 mins.. no apologies just a serious attitude problem. We left and went across the street. Im only even writing this because the store was DEAD if the restaurant was busy id understand but for us to be the only family there.. ridiculous

The food was great, I enjoyed the lobster and my wife really liked the salmon, although the dressing on the brussels sprouts was too much, very caloric when it could have been half the amount of dressing and keeping the same flavor. In conclusion it is a great option to dine with family and friends and good option for tourists visiting in the country.
No complaints but on my last stay we didn't get Cheddar Bay Biscuits. We were told they were coming but the entrees came and we were pressed for time. The food was okay, with the menu slightly limited. I've also noticed Red Lobster restaurants tend to be dimly lit and the carpets gave us Senior Living Vibes. The crew is fantastic and makes up for the appearance and not receiving our cheddar bay biscuits.
I haven’t been to red lobster in quite some time. Definitely nostalgic to my childhood. The service was great, food was quick, our server was phenomenal and very attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend this location. Food was fresh!!! Our server ruby made it that much more memorable. Thank you to the staff and the cooks!! Yummy food
