It was my first time trying pho and it was really good! The girl that attended us was kind and really understanding when it came to explaining since me and my husband were new to the dish. The boba was great and had plenty to drink from for both of us. Not too packed and the place was very pretty. Thank you! Will definitely stop by again. View all feedback.
What A R doesn't like about Tea Garden:
I've come to this place regularly and each time i hope the cleanliness and the speakers are fixed(they are broken and will randomly get loud and quiet which isn't good for sensory issues or ambience). The last time i went i was given water in a cup with dirty stains on the outside. They also do have restrooms but the path to get there is not clear and is definitely not wheelchair accessible. I wish the service was better and that they cleaned up but unfortunately I think they've lost a customer.
Never going back, the young lady at the registry she did not even acknowledge us or looked at us when ordering, she was texting on her cellphone, when we asked her if she was more interested on her phone she said I 'm still listening to you , asked for manager and she said nobody was there. Floor was full of crumbs, but she was very busy answering texts.
I like how aesthetic the place really is. I like their popcorn chicken alot! Good place to study, and hangout. Would recommend!!
