I come to this subway often and normally the employees are kind, welcoming and happy to make you a sandwich. I went today and they were working on a massive order and obviously busy and I was content to wait but when the young girl came to build my sandwich, she was visibly annoyed that I was there and very sloppily made my sandwich. I normally like Italian herbs and cheese bread and she told me all they had was wheat but there was a whole tray of herbs and cheese behind her. When I asked, she snapped that they were for the big order. This is your job, things get busy.. if you’re unhappy with your job, maybe you shouldn’t work there. I won’t be returning.

A big sloppy mess! This is what you get when you order sandwiches at this location. I can't believe how someone would think it's ok to make a sandwich like this. It was soggy, dripping and inedible. They just threw this together with no care at all like a two year old would. Why don't people have pride in their work anymore? I tried multiple times contacting the manager and corporate letting them know about their deplorable service and products and have been ignored. I guess management condones this disgusting type of service and food they put out. Stay away!

Food is always great. But today an older lady employee was very but hey when making my salad. I was asking for more or less of specific items (as you do when ordering on app) and she looked at me and huffed and said Is there anything you don 't want !? What happened to making you order like you want?! Especially when you paying over $15 for a salad? Will not go back if this is how the service will be.
